the mayfair kitchen team, including vladi, provided excellent care throughout my visit. i found the staff attentive. kim was particularly helpful, showing enthusiasm in assisting with every need during my week-long stay. darren and his concierge team effortlessly managed every request, while pauline at the cafe kitchen demonstrated service excellence.
the air conditioning emitted an irritating sound, disrupting sleep, unexpected from a hotel of this caliber.

i found the staff very friendly. irina at reception were great too help with my stay. any issues were immediately dealt with professionally. i really felt at home here.

the breakfast had many choices and was in a luxurious setting. the location of the hotel is very central, so shopping, food, and exploring are all easily accessible.
The carpet was stained in my room. This detracted from the experience. i did not have hot water in the evening and had to run it for more than half an hour in the morning before i was able to have a lukewarm shower.

there is a trendy bar that people from outside the hotel also enjoy visiting. a spa is also available. the hotel includes valet parking and staff always keep an eye on parked vehicles, so you feel safe.

i found the staff and service excellent here. the breakfast was also a highlight, with many options. next time, i will book a room with a larger bathroom that includes a hand shower. i appreciated the hotel's central location on a nice, quiet side street.
reception initially had the wrong date which was frustrating. it was resolved eventually.
